These terms are issued by Nile for Pharmaceuticals, Food, and Food Supplements Co., trading as Nile Pharma Food, whose registered address is: Building 1, Plot 20, Block 13024, First Industrial Zone, El Obour City, Qalyubia Governorate, Egypt.
By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site to place orders.
Note: these terms have been prepared to outline the rules of dealing through the site, and must be reviewed and formally approved by qualified legal counsel before being adopted as a final legal document.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases and orders placed through the Nile Pharma Food website. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use of the site after any update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products & Content
Information displayed about products — including food supplements and medical devices — is general product information, not medical advice and not a substitute for consulting a physician or pharmacist. We strive to display accurate product information; displayed images may differ slightly from the actual packaging without affecting the nature of the product.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Completing checkout constitutes a purchase offer from you; an order is not finally accepted until confirmed by our team via phone or the contact method you provided. We may cancel any order, in whole or in part, in cases such as product unavailability or an obvious pricing error, with a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Currently available payment methods are cash on delivery, or prepayment via InstaPay / Vodafone Cash, as shown on the checkout page. Any advertised discounts or offers apply as stated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is carried out according to the shipping options shown on the Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout; timing and cost vary by governorate and chosen fulfillment method. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately in case of any visible damage or missing contents so we can help.
6. Returns & Exchange
You may request exchange or return for products in their original condition (sealed and unused) with proof of purchase, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection regulations. If you receive a damaged item or one different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund its value under the applicable rules. Due to the nature of food supplements, opened or used packs cannot be resold; manufacturing-defect cases are assessed individually.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for any activity carried out through your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Privacy
Personal data you provide through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the site working and its content accurate, but the site is provided as-is without express or implied warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
