Nile Pharma Food is a distribution company, not a manufacturer. Our Alfasigma (Italy) products are manufactured by approved European manufacturing partners — including Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A., E-Pharma Trento SPA, and AL International in Italy, depending on the product — then distributed in Egypt exclusively through Nile Pharma Food.
Regulatory Compliance
All of our food products are registered with Egypt's National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) under the "special food products" category (NFSA Board Decision No. 1/2018). Our products are manufactured by partners approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Nile Pharma Food imports the shipment into Egypt and completes the release procedures required for the product category before it is offered for sale.

We are a distribution company and manufacturing is our partners' responsibility — so we name them instead of saying "European standards" and leaving it there.

The ingredient name is only the beginning. Check the amount, the unit, and whether it refers to one sachet or a full daily dose. You’ll find the amount’s context in the product file and leaflet.
02Does every study apply to this product?
Research on one ingredient is different from research on a complete formulation. Ask about the source, the people studied, and the limits of the findings. Evidence is not a guarantee of an individual outcome.
